Valets are CARS — green on a job, orange free to be assigned; a fix older than 3 minutes greys the car and stops it moving, and a valet is never removed. Customers are DOTS — gold waiting, orange at 29 minutes, red at 30 or more — and a customer’s dot leaves the map the moment they are assigned (F-23). An ASAP waiter wears a gold ring — click any dot to open the job and assign from here (F-30).
