Only a completed, paid service resets the clock. Redemptions and complimentary washes never do. The nightly job runs at 02:00 Bahrain time and expires whole balances, not tranches.
The cadence runs nightly at 01:00 Bahrain time, an hour before the expiry sweep, and sends once per stage per customer — only the most urgent one owing, so nobody receives a backlog. A paid wash restarts the clock and re-arms the whole cadence.
